15years ago since we last had a new mattress, tried several in the North Waltham showroom and decided on the Ultimate ortho support 1500. We thought it would take us a couple of weeks to get use to it, but we were wrong had good nights sleep from the first day of having it, and the service from Mattressman was excellent.

Person choice,very firm but excellent comfort in.my opinion

We are so pleased with the mattresses my Husband thought it was going to be hard but he was very impressed with how comfortable it is and how it as started to sort is Back out we are very happy

Had the Relyon Ultimate Ortho Support 1500 for over 2 weeks now and I`m really pleased. Ideal for back sleepers and those large in stature. I thought it would take me a while to get use to an extra firm mattress and expected a few sleepless nights but there are as none of that, slept like a log from day one.Matressman were great and delivery was swift, the only thing was I wish the driver had phoned prior to arrival as requested. Would use this firm again.

Needed a firm bed for back support and this is certainly firm. The only problem I have is that it is quite heavy so putting on the sheet is a bit of a problem other than that everything is as it should be

I purchased this mattress mainly for my partner who needed a better mattress for his back. Well it certainly is that, but as well as being firm it also has a lovely soft feel to the surface

If you`re over 6` and weigh >14 stone, this is the product for you despite the price. Comfortable but with the necessary firmness. Mattress thicker than you might expect, so be prepared to struggle with tight bends. Friendly & respectful deliverymen who were clued in to social distancing etc. Order to Delivery very fast.

Thr mattress is firm and comfortable.
When ordered i didn;t anticipate that the widthe (king size) meant that getting it up stairs would be an issue – it was only becasue of the height of the landing over the stairs. So if ordering do make sure that you can get it to where you want it. It doesn`t bend like those cheapy mattress – well it does but very slightly. My hat off to Mattressman. First class supplier.

Amazing supportive mattress. Very comfy. Great quality. Natural fibres so you dont overheat unlike man made fibres. Sides are supportive so doesnt sag.

Absolutely love our new mattress from Mattressman. It was great to go into the shop and try out different mattresses. The Salesman was on hand to offer help and advice but not intrusive. We wanted a firm mattress with good support and one that wasn`t going to sag after a couple of years. We both suffer from back problems and this mattress works for us.

Very good mattress, very firm and good quality. Probably suites heaver people but I get on OK with it at 12 and a half stone. I have put a cotton (Thick) topper on it and now It`s perfect. 12 inches deep so fitted sheets at last are tight and don`t have to constantly tuck then in to get rid of creases.

First saw this mattress online and visited the Rotherham branch to view it. It’s been over 6 months, the mattress has been lovely. Definitely firmer than any other mattress we have seen. Comfortable to sleep on. Can be turned and rotated. Mattressman delivered it upstairs and unpacked it. Removed old mattress for £20.

Outstanding super firm mattress, exactly as described, don`t forget to get the extra deep fitted sheets and it`s really heavy. Oh so comfortable.

Provides very good support for problem backs like mine.

This mattress is beautiful, very luxurious but very very firm. It weighs a tonne and is made of sturdy stuff. Sadly mine was delivered with some dirty marks on it so ask your product to be double wrapped and delivered by a van driver who doesn`t roll items off the van! Seriously.

This is the best mattress I`ve ever had. Most of the time when I ordered an extra firm mattress, they were always too soft for extra firm. Not this one, this is really firm and so comfortable to sleep on. If you like it very firm, I would recommend this mattress.

If you are thinking is it worth the money to buy a good mattress…. the answer is YES. I absolutely love this it is really comfortable and suitable for heavier people too.
We also purchased a divan bed which I think suits it well although it can be used on slatted bases too.

This mattress is lovely and firm. Since sleeping on it I have had no issues with my back which my old mattress was starting to aggravate. Would highly recommend it.

Fantastic mattress, we looked around for a super firm mattress and this one is superb. Our back issues have subdued and it`s hard work making the effort to leave bed in the morning now!!

Best mattress I`ve had. Both firm and supportive. Great night`s sleep. BTW I weigh 18 stone so smaller people might want a less firm version.
