Mattress arrived the next day. Very good. Delivery was a little early but it didn’t make a difference. Very comfortable mattress.

Not firm at all. I was surprised after reading all the reviews on here. I had to send it back. I sunk into the mattress too much (I`m not heavy) because there is a thick top layer of softer material above the pocket springs. It didn`t give the middle of my body the support it needed and so my body felt like it was in a V shape when lying down. It gave me back pain. I didn`t like the tufts either. Will try beds in a shop next time rather than risking it online. Ended up having to pay about £70 ju

A very comfortable mattress. My son had slept on one at a holiday home and kept a note of the make/model and requested it when it was time to replace his old matrtess. Ordering was very straightforward and delivery was prompt, I was well informed at every stage.
Mattress is ok however is very soft on the edges. When you try to change position you can easily fall down..

This is a very good mattress. It`s not too soft or to firm so gives a comfortable night`s sleep. I would prefer a bit more support on the edge of the mattress to sit on but overall I`m happy with the mattress and the price I paid for it.
Matrressman service was good and the mattress is brilliant. So comfortable we can`t get out of bed in the morning! My husband is 4stone heavier than me and this mattress supports us both perfectly, with no dips or rolls. We chose med/firm and it is just that – supporting but cosy. We like the fact it has `sandwich` layers so it can be turned over. Also we like that it is part recycled/recyclable and made in Britain, so fewer product miles. Just note, the depth of mattress means even a deep mat
Lovely comfortable mattress. Previously purchased an Emma Mattress but found it very hard. This is do much more comfortable.

I`ve only had this mattress 10 days, so it may be too early to give a full assessment, but so far we are very pleased with the level of support and comfort it provides. We chose it mainly because of the Which? Best Buy Award, so we know it will have undergone a thorough testing. I think if we follow the instructions and turn the mattress regularly to even out the wear, then it should be good for many years.
