Double-sided mattresses can be hard work, especially when you have to flip and turn them every few months to get the best out of them! The Sealy Pearl Deluxe mattress is a single-sided option, so all that heavy work is avoided. However, to avoid any dips from forming and to prevent fibre compression that may reduce the comfort levels of your mattress, we do recommend that you rotate it from head to toe every few months.
