Pocket spring perfection
The Lucia Mattress boasts 2350 springs, each one individually encased in a fabric pocket. This configuration allows the springs to move separately from one another, helping to provide support without the associated pressure. The springs each react accordingly to the weight and pressure points put upon them, creating the perfect levels of resistance. Because they move in this fashion, pocket springs also limit the potential for motion transfer between sleepers. If your bedfellow is prone to the occasional bout of nocturnal wriggling, the springs won’t transfer the effects of that movement and disturb your sleep.

The pillowtop layer on the Lucia is packed with mini springs, offering more intricate and reactive layers of support. Belgian damask cover
The Lucia is upholstered in Belgian damask fabric, which is well known for its super soft quality and resilience. Typically associated with high-end mattresses, the fabric is supremely breathable and has high wicking properties, ensuring that the sleeper is kept at the ideal sleeping temperature throughout the night. For additional safety, the upholstery has been treated with a chemical-free fire retardant. Although sumptuously soft, the tight weave in the damask means that it is incredibly durable and won’t show signs of sagging.
