The firmest of our mattress fillings, ProPosture™ Ortho Support Foam is an extra-firm support layer. This firm sleep surface conforms to each part of your body, giving great orthopaedic support, pressure-relief and correct spinal alignment. It supports you right to the very edge of the mattress, too, meaning no ‘roll-off’!
