I was looking for a firm mattress as I suffer with back problems. Sadly this mattress is very springy and doesn`t offer the desired support and so have returned the item. The customer service has been great and the staff very helpful.

Great comfy deep mattress was dubious buying a mattress without being able to lay on it and test it first for firmness but really surprised and delighted how spot on the description and reviews were, next day delivery was just what I wanted and came early no waiting in all day for it. Absolutely livy mattress. Very deep and firm. There is alot of bounce when my husband gets in bed but we don`t roll together. Good price for a very well made product. Delivery fast and would highly recommend.
