Even though you might wish your little one would stay little forever, as their body grows and their weight and shape change, so will their sleep needs. A traditional open coil or pocket mattress may lose the comfort and support it had at the start. But this kids’ mattress features an additional layer of micro e-Pocket™ springs that perfectly support your child’s increased pressure points as they grow. There’ll be a need for extra cushioning too, which we’ve got covered by the Memory e-Fibre™ comfort layers, offering quick response pressure relief night after night.
The Jay-Be Dual Support Memory e-Pocket Eco-friendly† Children’s Mattress offers a more environmentally friendly alternative to a standard memory foam mattress. The memory e-Fibres’ vertical construction offers excellent pressure relief and a quick response to movement, whilst the Deep e-Pocket™ core allows each spring to respond independently to the contours of your child’s moving body, adapting instantly for uninterrupted support. Its memory e-Pocket™ core works with the micro e-Pocket™ springs to respond to the gentlest of movements, giving continuous huggable support and comfort throughout the night.
Good for your world and good for our world, the e-Fibre is Jay-Be’s eco-friendly† alternative to PU foam. Featuring polyester fibres created from a minimum of 65% recycled plastic bottles, this ingenious material is fully recyclable at end of life. Now for the science. e-Fibre is processed into varying densities and bonded together with technically advanced elastomeric binder fibre to create a variety of firmness and softness ratings. Unlike foam, e-Fibre doesn’t release potentially harmful VOC ‘Volatile Organic Compound’ emissions. Its open cell construction allows air to flow freely, reducing moisture build up and helping to regulate temperature, whilst also creating an environment that’s less appealing for dust mites and other organisms.
To make sure this children’s mattress keeps your little cherub as comfortable as possible as they snooze away, the mattress’s open cell structure makes sure their temperature is perfectly regulated whilst the breathable comfort layers help to regulate moisture. What’s more, the advanced 3D spacer gives the mattress enhanced breathability.
Good to know – this Jay-Be mattress is vacuum packed and rolled. A rolled mattress helps to cut down transport emissions by reducing the space required for delivery by more than 70% (comparing an unrolled 3ft mattress with a rolled 3ft mattress).
