Is a medium mattress right for me?

Medium tension is best for side sleepers, this is because the springs aren’t as rigid as they would be in a firmer mattress, this lets them shape to the contours of shoulders and hips giving them a better cushioning and allowing your spine to rest in a healthy position. For front and back sleepers, there isn’t enough tension in the springs and so it would result in their back sinking into the mattress and into an unhealthy position.
