Dreams has one of the best price promises within the UK mattress industry. This mandate firmly protects the customer and ensures that, should the customer find the product cheaper elsewhere, they will refund the difference +£10 to help ensure complete customer satisfaction. You cannot say fairer than that.

• 30 Night Comfort Guarantee

The Dreams ‘Comfort Exchange’ is offered as an additional service to our customers to underline our commitment to providing a great night’s sleep. The “Comfort Exchange” allows for the replacement of a mattress if the Buyer finds their original purchase to be of the wrong comfort level for them.

A comfort exchange can only be requested after 30 nights of use have elapsed. We insist on 30 nights use, as it can take this long for your body to adjust to your new bed and for the fillings to settle. If the Buyer decides their choice of mattress is proving uncomfortable, they may re-select to an alternative mattress of the same size. In the event that a higher priced alternative is selected, then any difference in price must be paid at the time of re-selection. We are unable to refund any difference in price if a lower priced product is selected.
A collection and re delivery charge of £49 will be applied and ‘Comfort Exchanges’ are limited to one exchange per product ordered.
All we ask is that the original mattress must be kept in good condition (not marked, mis-used or soiled in any way) so we insist on the use of a mattress protector.

Dreams also features a variety of budget brands. These range from pocket sprung and all-foam options for a price that most can afford. Most customers have good initial reports about these mattresses, but there are some complaints about durability and initial comfort with some brands.

(3). How long does it take for dreams to deliver a bed?

Free, no-contact delivery on all orders, no minimum spend. Our bedding and accessories will be delivered by courier service. Items are usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days and will be delivered to your door.

(4) Who Are Dream Beds Good For?

Sleepers who are medium to light build may do best with keeping durability issues at bay for longer. For those that are looking for long term comfort.

We source luxury materials, fabrics and components to produce our mattresses, divan bases and headboards. All are lovingly crafted at our state-of-the-art factory in Oldbury, West Midlands.

In many ways, they are similar to Dreams in that they offer about 10 brands and have a range which is not so vast as to be incomprehensible.
