A contemporary statement design, the Berlin bed features luxury faux leather upholstery complemented by dark wooden feet. The Berlin has a faux leather (PU) upholstery and is available in a choice of two colour options: black, or brown. This frame has a sprung slatted base to give natural bounce, adjusting to where pressure is most exerted for greater comfort. The maximum weight load for the 3′ frame is 150 kg, all other frames are 200 kg. Please note Birlea beds are only suitable for a UK standard size mattress and the recommended maximum mattress height is 250 mm.

Ottoman storage

Why would you get chunky bedroom storage solutions, when you could simply have it right under your bed? Making use of a furnishing that’s already there, it’s perfect for storing extra bed linen, bedding, cushions, clothes, shoes or whatever you see fit.

The mattress is held up through two gas springs, in which their strength is 600 N. For the gas-lifts to work, the mattress cannot weigh more than 45kg and must be on the bed.

Delivery on time, quick and simple. Bed has been put together but not yet used. So can’t comment on comfort etc. Instructions absolutely terrible. No parts or hardware labelled, pictures not very clear and instructions seem to ‘jump’ ahead with explanation. The manufacturer needs to improve the instructions. Storage working well and very roomy though I’ve only opened it twice. Handle for lifting the bed doesn’t seem to stay in position when lifting.
