Bought this mattress in September. Feels very soft to touch, well made and when you first lay on it feels very comfortable and cosy. Sales and delivery were very good. However after we had it delivered our nights weren’t quite so pleasant. For a “posturopedic” mattress is far from offer back support and the result is lower back aches. And rotate the mattress doesn’t seem to do the trick either. We even thought it was a matter of adjustment so we didn’t complain straight away. After a couple of months we were sleeping reasonably well but that only lasted another couple of months and more recently more severe aches came back making us move to the spare bedroom. We contacted customer service and they sent someone to inspect the mattress that apparently as no fault (didn’t think they would find any anyway with that thick memory foam topper…) so we are now stuck with it and most likely will try and sell as it definitely doesn’t do it for us.
Great mattress, quite firm but just what was required. Great delivery service, could not ask for more. Delivered fast and new mattress taken upstairs and put onto our bedframe. Excellent.

Great mattress. After spending the last 10 years on a horrible, worn mattress this was a breath of fresh air! It took me a week to get used to it but I now sleep like a log – without any tossing and turning because of discomfort!

Lovely and comfortable mattress. Wavy pattern on top which shows through cotton sheet is unusual but doesn`t detract from comfort. Runs warm because of memory foam topping. Seems a high quality product, very pleased.
A very comfortable mattress. Not terribly heavy either. Delivery was efficienzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Its firm, however comfortable and you sink in a little bit on top so perfect, material on top is nice and soft so you can relax even more. Can now sleep off my back without springs jabbing in! Has to be rotated twice every month for 12 months, then once. Bad points are, slight smell at 1st and at night it can get a little warm in centre where main body weight is but in the cold mornings and winter you wont feel it half bad! Mattressman prompt service, emailed them a question and got a call in 5minutes! received email in evening stating 3hr time-slot delivery given and next day they came on time and delivered to upstairs bedroom (2 man team) in and out in 30 secs, very impressed overall.

Firm but very comfortable
This mattress is great, much better with memory/ sprung combination, not ridiculously firm but very supportive. No roll together! Seems very well made. My last sealy lasted over 10 years without flinching. good value
I have slept on this mattress a few times before buying and fell in love with it. This is definitely on the firm side, but the memory foam on top comforts your body perfectly. It is truly a challenge to lay on this bed and not fall asleep. I have found that my sleep is so restful that I have begun to wake up earlier and with a great deal more energy. My friend has had this mattress for 8mo now and there is very little difference between the two, which bodes very well for longevity.

Firm mattress but with enough spring and bounce so you dont feel your sleeping on concrete! Memory foam top is perfect and gives a great nights sleep. Good solid mattress with strong edges
