The mattress was for my teen daughter who absolutely loves it. I was amazed it is pocket sprung and delivered rolled in a box. However it is very heavy, so not foam. The features make it a perfect mattress for a teenager. It is not the cheapest single mattress but I expect it to serve its purpose for at least 5 years, which is a good return. Good sleep is important for everyone, including teens. ??
