Lovely bed. Fairly easy to put together. However wasn`t expecting the base of the ottoman to be just a board you put on the floor.
Also one box was missing on delivery so had to wait till the next day for it to be delivered. The delivery guy was very helpful and cared not much to be said for customer services though.

Good and sturdy, went together easy enough, not too happy with the base of the bottom part as it just lays on the floor and not secured in anyway so items can get dusty, the lift up mechanism is solid and doesn`t maje a sound when you move on it like I thought I would, only thing is the colour and material is Looks cheap, more a dingy grey than silver but for what we paid I think it`s worth the money.

The product was decent and looked very similar to what was advertised online. However, the assembly instructions were very poor indeed. They did not, for example. explain how to activate the gaslift system and we resorted to using youtube clips. Quite disappointed in that aspect of the product and service.
