Ok the mattress is very light and looks quite cheap to view . How ever what a great mattress to sleep on . Very supportive and silent when turning over . I would recommend this mattress to all who enjoys a slightly firm sleeping surface . Great value for what we paid. I would buy again. 5 stars from me. Great nights sleep.

My previous mattress was a silent night; this was an upgrade and rather a clever design recommended for people (like me) who have to be careful with their back – indeed I`ve already passed the details on to someone else in a similar position. Sometimes you know when a product is just right!

A very comfortable mattress. The height really helps with getting in and out of the bed. It would be better if the mattress had some handles on either side to assist with the moving of it.

Very comfortable mattress, memory foam top feels great & gives it a luxurious feel.
However, the customer service was poor. Incorrect mattress delivered & instead of sorting the problem for me on the same day I had to wait 2 days for my mattress to be delivered & the incorrect one to be taken away. Couldn`t give me a time that suited me for delivery so I had to take a second day off work to accommodate the delivery, shocking customer service if you ask me when it was their mistake in the first
